| COB CARTS!! I decided to build a cart between the pony/mini cart and the horse cart. In looking for a cart for my 13 hand pony I discovered that most of them are 178 lbs. I wanted a lighter cart for my pony. I checked ADS rules for width and decided I would make it 50" (143cm). The cart looks just the same as the pony/mini cart with a wider wheel measurement.
