_________________________________________ , as horse owner; Milaine Rosslow as trainer, in consideration
of their mutual promises; have agreed as follows;The subject matter is the owners horse, described as follows

Owner agrees to deliver said horse to 25 Ridpath Rd., LaCrosse, Wa. Or pay Milaine Rosslow a hauling fee to
pick up and or deliver said horse in the amount of $________
The trainer, Milaine Rosslow has represented that she is specially skilled and experienced in the care, training
and showing of horses.
Owner releases Milaine Rosslow & associates of all liability of injury or death in transportation, board, and
training of said horse. Owner agrees for themselves and their agents that Milaine Rosslow & associates will
under no circumstance be held responsible for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind that may occur to
horse, individual or equipment while at 25 Ridpath Rd., LaCrosse, Wa. Or during off site training.
Owner agrees to pay Milaine Rosslow & associates $275.00 per month for training and board for each
miniature horse, $365.00 a month for each small pony, $400.00 for large ponies. Owner will pay first months
training upon delivery of horse for training. Owner agrees to pay all shoeing and veterinarian expenses
incurred. Trainer shall notify owner of illness or injury suffered by the horse and seek owner's instructions
before incurring expenses unless a life threatening situation exists. At that time Milaine Rosslow & associates
has permission of the owner to bring in a veterinarian.
Either party may terminate the agreement at will by written or verbal notice to the other party. Upon
termination, the training or board will be pro-rated up to and including the last day and will be paid by owner
when the horse is picked up. Milaine Rosslow will repay any funds paid in advance.
The horse owner has inspected and agrees that the facility and feed is safe and more then satisfactory for
their horse.
Any legal fees or expenses incurred during attempt to collect training or shoeing fees or vet fees will be paid
by the horse owner.
Milaine Rosslow & associates agrees to take reasonable care of said horse.
In witness thereof , the parties have read and understand the conditions of this contract and have signed this
agreement on the day and date written below;
